Package FAQ
How many lessons are in a package?
You get one private lesson every week for the length of your package — including months that have five of your lesson day.
How do payments work?
Notecaster is paid at enrollment. Chordweaver is billed in three monthly installments and Astral Maestro in six. Installments fall on the monthly anniversary of your enrollment (or the last day of shorter months).
Can I switch between 45 and 60-minute lessons?
Your lesson length stays the same for the whole package. You can choose a different length when you start your next one.
Do packages renew automatically?
No. When your package ends, you can choose another package or continue with individual lessons — nothing renews on its own.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can request one reschedule per month with at least 24 hours' notice. Approved make-up lessons happen within 30 days, subject to availability. Emergency exceptions may apply.
What happens on holidays or if Mal cancels?
Affected lessons are rescheduled at no extra charge. If the studio can't provide the lesson, you'll receive an appropriate credit or refund.
Can I cancel early?
Notecaster is generally nonrefundable once instruction begins, except where required by law. Chordweaver and Astral Maestro can be canceled early: completed lessons are repriced at the standard individual rate and your prior payments are credited.
What happens at the consultation?
We talk about your voice and goals, choose the package and lesson length that fit, and find your weekly lesson time together.
